Fractional sales centre opens at K Club

Firstlight The K Club, which sells fractional ownership real estate at the K Club, Ireland’s prestigious golf and spa resort, has opened its first sales centre at the country estate.

The open-plan centre is set within the Smurfit Clubhouse at the home of the 2006 Ryder Cup golf course.

Project director Catherine Monaghan (pictured) said: “As well as displaying all the shared ownership benefits of your one-eighth titled interest, our sales centre gives families and businesses looking for corporate residences a more complete experience on our Discovery Trips.”

Explaining more about Firstlight’s one and two-night inspection trips, Monaghan added: “You’re met by a chauffeur at Dublin airport and driven just 30 minutes to our stunning 550-acre country resort for your Discovery Trip. We’ll check you in to The K Club’s chateau-style five-star hotel or you can opt to stay in an apartment or home for sale within the Ladycastle Estate. After a relaxing lunch in one of our award-winning restaurants you’ll get the complete tour of this historic estate.

“You can then discuss all your questions in the comfort of the Smurfit Clubhouse where our dedicated sales centre displays the complete membership package as a Firstlight The K Club resident,” added Monaghan. This includes five-star holidays in over 40 global destinations as a member of Firstlight’s International Holiday Exchange Program.
