Canadian fractional ownership resort open for business

Copper Point Resort in Invermere, British Columbia, Canada, which features both fractional and whole ownership condos for sale, is set to open its doors to the public this weekend.

The resort, located three hours from Calgary, in the heart of the Columbia Valley between the Purcell and Canadian Rocky Mountains, was bought out of receivership by Rohit Communities in December 2009.

Copper Point Resort is our first condominium resort property which will host families and generations to come."

The four-season resort offers access to the Panorama Mountain ski hill, Lake Windermere, natural hot springs, jump spots for paragliding, hiking, snowmobiling and golfing. There are nine golf courses within a half hour of each other.

The resort itself features indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, multi-use sport court, playground, walking trails, community fire pits and barbeque, fitness facility, business centre, onsite market, 24 hour front desk and spa. Quarter shares are selling from CAN$82,400, and 1/8th shares from $45,500.
